WELI Applications 2024

  

Ready to take your leadership journey to the next level?

We are accepting applications from WISE Toronto members (VP or above) to attend the WISE Executive Leadership Institute (WELI) at TUCK, Dartmouth, this Fall. Our successful candidate will join a cohort of ~40 of North America's brightest women leaders in the sports and events industry. Beyond networking, they’ll gain invaluable insights through an executive leadership week of coursework. In a dynamic classroom setting, Ivey League professors will guide them through negotiating, finance/accounting, organizational behavior, case study work from MBA classes, and personality leadership training. Each seat is an approximate $15,000 investment, and WISE Toronto is sponsoring one Toronto member in full. Application Criteria 
  • Current Resume  
  • Must be a VP level or equivalent within the sports or related industry for longer than 3 years.
  • Must be a current and active member of WISE Toronto (please indicate number of years) 
  • Overview on WISE Support including event attendance, volunteerism. 
  • 300 Word Overview on what qualities make you the most suitable candidate including how you would add to the experience in the classroom, and how you envision the application of the new skills once you’ve returned to your respective career.  
  • Reference letter from WISE member or WISE board member 
  • Must be available November 2nd to 7th, 2024. 
  • WISE Toronto will cover approximate $15,000 tuition – selected candidate is responsible for travel and accommodation at TUCK, Dartmouth.
