WELI Applications 2025

  

Ready to take your leadership journey to the next level?

We are accepting applications from WISE Toronto members (VP or above) to attend the WISE Executive Leadership Institute (WELI) at TUCK, Dartmouth, this Fall. Our successful candidate will join a cohort of ~40 of North America's brightest women leaders in the sports and events industry. Beyond networking, they’ll gain invaluable insights through an executive leadership week of coursework. In a dynamic classroom setting, Ivey League professors will guide them through negotiating, finance/accounting, organizational behavior, case study work from MBA classes, and personality leadership training. Each seat is an approximate $15,000 investment, and WISE Toronto is sponsoring one Toronto member in full. Application Criteria 
  • Must be a current active member
  • Employed full time in a management or staff position within the sports industry or a company that is engaged in the business of sports
  • High potential executive with a minimum of 3 years experience at the vice president level or above
  • Proven track record for advancement and/or has been identified in her organization’s formal succession plan
  • Aspires/is currently a C level position within the sports industry
  • Endorsed by senior management for participation in the program
  • Committed to mentoring other women and to building and growing a cohesive network of female industry leaders
  • Committed to attending all sessions, completing homework assignments and ensuring successful completion of the week long program curriculum.
  • Must be available in November 2025 for an immersive, in person program at Dartmouth. 
  • WISE Toronto will cover approximate $15,000 tuition – selected candidate is responsible for travel and accommodation at TUCK, Dartmouth. 

Submission Details: Please note your current WISE Toronto membership tenure along with any past event attendance, detail your current position and if possible attached a recent CV. Include a cover letter with WELI relevance, coursework application in your role, and any specific aspirations coming out of the program. Highlight any mentorship experience, senior endorsement(s) with specific references, and confirm ability to travel to Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth covered by the successful recipient of this WISE Toronto sponsored seat.  Email final package to info@wisetoronto.org by close of business July 31st.
